I think it's pretty be cool, the game would look more like SMB. I know, the deal is to make the game more like the characters' games, but I see something pretty wrong in playing SMB level without breaking bricks.

The point of this game is to make the characters have some of the same feel to there original game. I think mario and luigi should have the unique ability to break blocks with there head only and the others to stay the way they are now.
The only big problem of SMBC: "SMB" gameplay and "character's game" gameplay are indirectly proportional quantities. The more the game looks like one, the less it looks like the other.
I do. I play as every character. I know Mario isn't very exciting, but I feel like the game would lose something important if he wasn't there.
