Those are some pretty creative cheats. While I don't think I'd personally enjoy playing the new invisible skin (simply because I'm not that good), I like your cheat idea of your character only seeing a few blocks behind and in front. Maybe instead make the whole screen black except for a small light source (i.e. visiable area) around your character? I also really like the concept of the Spike Bros. Are you imagining that they can only be killed the same way as a spike top (i.e. by a brick hit beneath their feet, a star, a kicked turtle shell, falling down a pit, or armor piercing weapons?) To answer your question, spike tops are more deadly than spineys not because they have less spines but because they have the hard shell of a buzzy beetle.
I really love your idea, it would feel extremely awesome in castles and dungeon worlds. It's just sweet. It would feel much more natural, just perfect. Yes, It would make sense if they were just as strong as Spike Tops, otherwise there would be almost no difference between them and standard Hammer Bros. Might be a bit overpowering, but how about a Bass cheat that allows his bullets to pass through obstacles?

Mirror Mode: Flips the whole game horizontally. Flip Mode: Flips the whole game vertically. All Bowsers Throw Hammers: ...Makes all Bowsers throw hammers. Could be obtained by killing every Bowser with weapons rather than the axe.
heres a cheat suggestion: since LL is comming out. what if theres new cheats to accommodate it? like, maybe a cheat which changes all powerups to poison mushrooms?nice way to torture people! or the ability to toggle poison mushrooms on/off to ease difficulty of the lost levels?
1. Classic Megaman: Disables sliding and charging(how is this not a cheat yet?). 2. Double Damage: Makes all projectiles do double damage. Not sure on how to unlock these cheats... anyone have an idea?
Eh, maybe . . . it's pretty easy to just never slide or charge. Certainly moreso than it is to never crouch as Samus or never control your jumps as Simon.
