Where does the music that plays from 0:38 to 3:02 in this video come from and when do you hear it?

I'm not even sure if this is video game music, but it probably is.

At the start it says "♪ Final Destination". And the FD VGM from SSBB is:

Which means that that guy WMM-ed it in.
It sounds like something from Kirby or Zelda, but other than that, I don't know.

I'm pretty sure it's street fighter, I just can't put my finger on the correct title. By any chance is that you playing cap?
