Mega Man Specific tips

    • It is faster to continuously shoot Bowser rather than use charged shots
  • On levels with flying Cheep Cheeps, a charged up Pharaoh Shot acts as a useful umbrella against the Cheep Cheeps

Original Game

Mega Man is from Mega Man, Mega Man 2, Mega Man 3, Mega Man 4, Mega Man 5 and Mega Man 6 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, and from Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10 for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii.

Differences from Original Game

  • Mega Man jumps higher in SMBC due to the large number of higher platforms he needs to be able to reach
  • Mega Man does not gain any powers from defeating Bowser
  • In the newer games (Mega Man 9/10), Mega Man can't slide or charge, but in SMBC, it only applies if the Rock skin is selected.
